Many of the postings on this site addess questions that are of interest to leaders, and HR & leadership development professionals. So where do the questions actually come from?
First of all, anyone visiting this site can submit a question by clicking on the line after every posting that shows the number of ”comments”. That opens a window where you can send a note directly to me. If you have been puzzling about something related to leadership or leadership coaching, feel free to send in your questions.
All other questions come from my daily interactions with leaders and professionals engaged in the important work of running businesses, government services and non-profit organizations.
In question categories like “Public Speaking and Presentations” or “Executive and Leadership Coaching” there are no issues around confidentiality. These are non-personal questions that have been raised over coffee or in meetings and workshops. They deal with general understanding, techniques and skills, etc.
The questions on “Leadership Challenges” deal only with general challenges experienced by many managers and executives in many organizations, and cannot be linked to a specific organization or any of its employees. This protects the confidentiality and privacy of everyone I work with as an executive coach.
