This site is a web log or “blog”. It includes a series of short postings that will increase in number as more entries are made from month to month. The “Free Articles” page also provides more complete discussion of selected issues in article form. Send in your comments and suggestions for the topics you would like to see included.
Reviewing Postings – The most recent postings will appear on the first page when the site is opened. You can always return to these postings by clicking on “Ric Durrant’s Leadership File” at the top of any page. All other previous postings can be found by clicking on “Monthly Archives” in the right hand column. There you can see a list of postings from each month.
Searching – You can also search past postings for topics of interest by clicking on “Search” and entering key words.
Categories – Every article or posting falls into one of the following categories. To see other postings in a category that interests you, go to the bottom of the page and click on the name of the category. Here is a brief description of each category.
